The consumer ID option allows you to collect the consumer's personal information as they run the initial quote. You will be sent an e-mail with the information from your initial quote screen, including the consumer's name, phone number and e-mail address.

The new health analyzer option is available in two ways. First, the full health analyzer can be used after the site visitor runs a simple quote, as they do now. The quote results will then include a health analyzer button on the top of the page. If the visitor clicks that, they can then answer the full spectrum of health questions.

The second option is a mini-health analysis which lets you add health questions to the client entry page. The questions are currently limited to smoking, height/weight, blood pressure and cholesterol. The questions are phrased in such a way, that ALL consumers will know the answers easily.

The Health Analyzer add-on is NOT available in combination with the 4 month free trial of the quote system. If you want the option during the 4 months, you will need to pay the $80 which is non-refundable. The reason is that the setup of this option is more complex and difficult than issuing the basic web version. Either option is available to you for the $80 per year additional fee.

Adjustments to pro-rate fees will be made at the end of the 4 months, assuming that you continue with the web option.

COMPULIFE offers two simple, but easy to use needs analysis calculators. The first is an income replacement calculator that will help your client understand how much insurance is required to replace their income if they die. The second is a retirement calculator, which will help your client understand how much they need to save each year to obtain a retirement income.

These calculators can be added to your website for a one-time $50 charge.

For agencies who want to provide online quoting for their agents, you may also want to offer an online forms library. This option will include the Life Company application forms, change forms, etcetra for the companies that you are quoting.

Compulife can provide this option for an additional $84 per year.

This option is available for agencies or agents who want the ultimate in autonomy and security. The internet quote engine (web software) is installed on your server, and there is no requirement for hosting anything on Compulife's servers. Thus, the engine includes all of the above options, except for the domain hosting, which is not needed because the internet quote engine will be installed on your server.

You will need to periodically update your server with any new rate changes and new releases of our internet quote engine.
